Excellent thread Gizmo, detail & photos make for an interesting read.

I couldn't help noticing in the photo of the dash cluster the 619km to empty prediction at 3/4 tank of fuel. That seems ridiculously great fuel efficiency given my old e90 320i did 650km on a full tank

I wouldn't look too much into that range as I had only just reconnected the battery and hadn't started the car yet. I'm sure Kurt could chime in and tell us what he averages in fuel consumption and range.

Average on a tank with sensible driving 580 km, res light just triggered, so perhaps another 50Km, 630Km per tank... not too bad for a 330i:clapper:
