I saw the car last weekend, was writing auditing the next day, so my mind was kinda side trackedI cant remember if it has 2 exhausts, I dont actually think so.
They have recently put Xenon's in. I'm not sure on the Rain sensors. What is PDC?

Thats cool man, granted it 'may' not be a 6cylinder (note I'm saying may cos it maybe is a 320i - not many people actually know that the facelifted e46 320i's are all 2.2ltrs) but still those 318i sportpacks are very nice and quite reasonable for town driving compared to a 330i or even a 320i (fuel economy wise) and it's still a BMW so the driving dynamics will still be there.
PDC - Park Distance Control. Those little sensors at the back which beep the closer you get to a wall or something when reversing.
Xenon's rock dude! It's the one extra I would pay for anyday after seeing the difference between halogen and xenon, it's a no brainer which is better.

Just make sure you put in OEM xenons and not fit aftermarket xenons in halogen housings. Hopefully the car does have xenons in the first place - in any case, welcome to the forum and can't for those pics too
WRT to maintenance, I'd suggest first get the car, drive it around for a few days to get a feel for it and then take it from there. Lots of reputable non-BMW guys around that can help you sort of maintenance and other issues - some on them on this forum too.
Sankekur said:Well my opinion about cleaning products I would go for:
-Two buckets, one for your water shampoo mixture, and the other one for clean water for rinsing you washing cloth with. Possibly a third one as well for really dirty things like cleaning wheels.
-A brush like a with soft but stiff bristles, and a soft paint bush for cleaning wheels, the paint brush can also be in hard to reach places like around the mirror glasses, grilles etc.
-A couple of microfibre towels possibly also a microfibre sponge or hand mitt (find them easier to wash with), a glass cloth (really a must for drying the car windows)
-I would get a good shampoo like Megs Gold class shampoo for the cleaning of the car body, then a cheap one and something like clean green for cleaning things like the wheels and other general purpose cleaning.
I think with this you should be able to keep the car nice and clean
Edit: I rather not comment about polishes and waxes, as there are so many stuff around that do different things.
