looks like the diesel pressure is not building up correctly

Why did you replace the Turbo? engine can run with the boost pipes disconnected. ( I know, since I had 330D ) - you can clean intercooler with some engine cleaner ( I used too and the intercooler was fine for 5 years till I sold the car)
maybe there was something else wrong with the car.
Check the supply pump(electrical one before the machenical high pressure pump).

It could be the fuel pressure sender unit. Is the pressure problem at the high pressure rail, or after the pre-supply pump?

Hallo Guys

thank again for all the replies

some one told me that i should bleed the diesel to get air out of the system
not sure about that, any comments will be appriciated

why i changed the turbo - the shaft broke off - i did manage to clean the inter cooler thank you

will have the diesel pressure checked

software update ? do you need to update software after a turbo replacement?
dont know about that

Your car has plenty of fuel pumps, so air should not be a problem, its not an ancient diesel bakkie.

Get your codes read, if using decent diagnostics software like INPA, I'm guessing it will tell you the problem straight (assuming it is a pressure sender or other simple problem.)
