Just trying to get an idea about Pricing advise

If you owned a 1 owner, 2002 E46 M3 SMG, 135 000km on it and in Extremely good condition, What would you sell it for?

What maitenance was done after 100K? Bearings? Vanos and Valve Clearances? Drivetrain?
if that was done then you can ask premium considering the rest of the car is in great shape... otherwise i'd say between 190K and 230K and the next owner will need another 50k min to sort out the maintenance on his time bomb...

The bearings on it was scorched. and Did not want the Crank to be machined/polished, So New crank and bearings and oil pump was ordered by Bmw ( 60k later ). vanos was done at 90 000km at auric. Drivetrain has never touched.

Car has FSH history though

That price range was what i was thinking too

Also to mention, the car stood for a few years. and the person who went to fetch the car Started it without changing the oil/oil filter etc etc..

So that caused the wear on the bearings as he drove the car from its location to the Mechanic.

It developed a knock after about 1 week so assuming this was the cause as i heared the Bearings wear easy

subframe?

No tears in Chassis and Subframe and all looks good.

Im happy with a Price range of between 190 - 230k. at least the 60k Spent on Crank and stuff is not to waste

Considering the work done.... 200k is not at all a bad price I would say.
I would give an arm, leg and kidney for this thing....

200k Price sounds good.
Car should be done in this week. Will post up some images once done.

The car was bought for peanuts hence there was room to rather buy brand new parts from the dealer than to skimp on price....
