Looking for a MAF sensor for my 2002 E46 320i

From BMW I can get it for R5500.00

I dont drive the car often, what repercussions is there for driving with it unplugged?

Your fuel Consumption Will rise significantly

How you know its the MAF?
have you tried Cleaning it?
