Firstly, I am not sure if its right what I am doing, but if the owner is on the forum I apologise for posting the pictures , and assure you I can give the below car a little more love, as I don't know your financial situation as well.

I went to a kids birthday party this weekend and low and behold next door , there is a blue M3 parked outside baking in the sun.

My friend whom I was visiting is staying there for about 2 months and says that the car has never started or moved from the time he moved in.

So the little I know is the car is not a german spec as the seats are normal std black seats
Has original Hella angel headlights
Has rob green stickers on the fenders.
Paint work is badly faded all around.
Car seems straight.
If the motor is still good what would be a good offer to make.

Contact the owner and make him an offer. It will be between him and you. Price varies depending on history etc...

Yip, Could just be that .
No oil stains or anything.
I know that the car is clean on the paper work side, so I think its motor issues.
The owner has a 335i / polo / new micro bus and a golf 5 gti as well..

I honestly think its a space issue aswell.
The complex just has a double garage and a small car port.

It does not look like its running .
I did not want to go to closes to the car but the dirt acumalated around the wheels shows it has not moved in some time.

Got the reg checked out to see the year model.

I did check it for Twincam Shark, on Enatis , hence we know its a 1993 model, with the 2996cc engine.
I am however not allowed to give out any ownership details, accept that it belongs to a Mr Singh from 2004.

i met a guy who found something similar, it was missing 4 wheels and was then subsequently parked off for 4 years, i know crazy.

he got it for 45k but then took on a full restoration
