1989 E30 Air Conditioner fan not working

Welcome to the forum .
Which fan is it that's not blowing ? Is the the one that blows fan into the car? or the one that's in front of the radiator that switches on when you switch the air-con on?
If its the one in the car , check your fan blower resister ,

You could also remove this resister, clean it up , make sure all the contact are clean and shiny and try it again . That sometimes works .
If its the fan that's in front of the radiator . That fan could be seized or the white/black resister attached to it might be burnt out .
