Hi everyone...
I last owned an E30 in 2008 or maybe 2009, all i know, it feels like a long time ago. Back then, it was a crazy fun time of my life with E30s and good friends from e30clubsa, like E30 M325i, e30zoner, Nemesis, Nieyaaz, Leimi and all the others I met along the way, like kreem_y...
That was back then...
Right now...
I have found myself drawn to the inevitable. I purchased an E30 325i shadowline. I first saw the car on GumTree, I immediately felt a need to take a closer look, and I had to go see it. When I arrived at the holding point, I was quite surprised to find a shadowline, with sunroof, recaro seats, original Mtech2 front & rear bumpers + boot fin, original 16" Alpina rims, branch & exhaust, koni front suspension. With all this included it still needed lots of work, such as, re-spray skirts, door moulds, re-upholstery, engine service, etc.
And that’s when I took a step back and looked at it and all I could hear this car was saying... pleading...
PLEASE SAVE ME!!!
I bought it right there and then, I took it home and started the makeover, the rescue process has begun.
I'm glad I bought it, I feel good, I love restoring it, I love E30s...
Check out the pics... I never intended to record the progress thus the poor quality pics, but from here on I'll keep it good quality.

bleh! the first to go was the steering wheel...
Since purchased, i have sold the Mtech2 items and replaced with standard ones, sold the wheels and replaced with bottle caps. The car is stripped and being prepared for re-spray.
