Been toying with the idea of 19s and looking at ideal fitment options for 19s both lowered and stock.

Would the following sizes be suitable to run 225/35/19 Front and 255/30/19 Rear?
Front 19 x 8.5 ET45
Rear 19 x 9.5 ET50

Any other sizes to consider?

Thanks

Hey bro.the sizes you mentioned above are exactly the correct size to run on a 135i!the offsets are also correct!i just got my new set today.will be fitting them this week and will be posting pics on my build thread!!will also tell you if there's any rubbing on the fenders or such issues...

The wheels/tyres I have are the exact size mentioned above.
I will also add a 30mm drop with an AC schnitzer kit I got to finish it off!!

Well the stock 18" wheels for the 135i are 215 front and 245 rear.
But because I'm gonna go slightly wider, 225 front and 255 rear I'm am also going for a slightly more aggressive offset to make up for the wider tyre, hence the et45 front and et50 rear!

I will post if the fitment is good or if out calculations was off when I'm done!

Good Day Gents,

There's 19inch CSL 1M rep mags and tyres for sale on Gumtree, Front: 235/35 R19 and Rear: 265/30 R19, however they rub against the fender archers on the 135i.

With the 225/35 R19 and 255/30 R19, I'm not to sure if they will rub, however you might just get a stretched look with the 8.5J and 9.5J mags.

Post pics if you do decide to go ahead, I have posted pics below of a 235/35 R19 on a 8.5J and 265/30 R19 on a 9.5J which looks like its slightly stretched.

265 on 9.5j isn't stretched. Afaik you can run from 255 to 275 on 9.5j.

You're rubbing issues are probably attributed to the offsets of the wheels.
