Its cheaper cause tires are cheaper and you can then rotate front to back. With wide narrow you cant. For your car 225 all round would be good. I would do it on my car if I could

I've currently got 205's for the rears. I don't feel I've got enough grip with those. I think that 225's would give more control as well as giving a wider stance on the road. 205's are pretty narrow for the E90 body shape I think. Heck my colleague at work as a 2010 1.3 Corolla and it's got 205's for the rears which I think was stock.
