Hi guys im getting the pulley fitted today,is software a must or can the car run with standard software?

Doesn't need software. You'll be fine. :thumbs:
17% pulley provides a massive change in performance
Make sure you've got the correct belt for the smaller pulley or else it wwill slip off and cause issues.

SW is not necessary but if u want the full potential out of the pulley, Insay get it done.

Form wat i heard software on r53 does not give you massive gains,i could be wrong tho...

I would say get your Mods (hardware) done and worry with software last.

After pulley it should be a header + decat. Then exhaust system, alternatively remove one back box. It's called a one ball mod.

This, Software or unichip ties it all up nicely at the end.
