I'm doing the loads and dropping off there on Saturday afternoon. Anyone available that day?
Bruce has generously offered to sponsor the compost.
Any sponsors for trees or purchase of trees?
I have a few I bought and that we have already so need a few more that I'll buy on Saturday morning.

Awesome stuff Alister.
It's an assortment of trees.
The teacher described a shrub she'd like that they can shape, we coincidentally have it at home so going and buying that, Durantas Gold or something to that effect.
Then there is 1 exotic that does more good to the environment than anything as they have very dry barren land around, so this tree Simaruba has been proven to keep mosquitoes away and keep the ground fertile.
The rest are all indigenous. Will update with names on Saturday.

What time we meet and where.

Ok you can give cash on the day guys. I'll buy whatever and provide you guys with exactly what was spent and we'll see how much comes in. I don't mind financing the balance.
Anyway the schedule is as follows:
Date: Sunday 16 October
Time: 8am Sharp! - We wait half n hour, by 8:30 we on our way to the home so by 11:30am we leave for pmb.
Venue: Meet at Engen garage opposite pavilion.
Proceed to Ocean View home at 8:30am. Commence tree planting and yard cleanup. Leave for Epic Karting PMB at 11:30am. Then braai and refreshments at the karting venue. We will buy all food stuffs in pmb. Or you are welcome to bring stuff along.
What to bring with you: Each person carry a spade in their boot to help with the digging/planting etc. Also please bring empty 2litre bottles with you as we will use them as an irrigation tool for the children to water the trees.
Now on Saturday I am doing a load to drop of trees to save time for sunday morning. Rams have you come right with the other bakkie for compost load?
Anyone can help with organising someone with a grass cutter? please this is also a necessity.

Anyway I picked up 10 trees today and have the balance in pots at home.
Heven is picking up 20 bags of compost and bringing it to the home on Saturday afternoon.
So those who are sponsoring things, can just bring the cash on sunday morning and I'll reimburse relevant people etc.
Most importantly, we need guys to lend a hand on Saturday morning to dig the holes for the trees. It won't be possible to dig and plant all the trees in such a short space of time on Sunday considering our durban turn outs.
A few of us will be going to the home, initially I said Saturday afternoon but its a big EPL game so afternoon is out for many ous. maybe Saturday morning then say 9am. It shouldn't take more than an hour/ hour and half.
