135i/335i Anti-tuning Defeated

Well it's probably old news but pretty much all tuners out there can defeat the new anti-tuning measure BMW put into the latest DME updates. I have done 5 cars with anti-tuning recently & we have no issues mapping them.

This car went in for the update recently. It has downpipes & no other mods. The map was done on the dyno, at Motronix. So car was run stock, mapped on the dyno, & run again, all within the space of half an hour.

Gains were 54 hp (41kw) & 86NM on the wheels. Peak boost on the road is 14.5psi or just under 1 bar.

Working nicely, we have it setup & spraying like we want. Just need to seal the threads & put meth & dyno. Hoping for 340hp with the meth. Remember compared to Snail & KAR, this dyno is like 10% down being a Dastek loading with no ambient correction.

Sherwin this is a really dumb question, but i sincerely dont know.

What exactly has BMW done with the anti - tuning patch and how are you tricking the ECU now? I remember when the N54 platform first came out BMW also claimed it could not be cracked by the aftermarket tuners...look forward to your insight on this. :dunno:
