135 service

Hey guys,

Wanted to know what gets changes/serviced on a 135i N54 at 100 000 KM?

My car is out of warranty now and I don't feel like taking it to Carlos W power as I stay in Pretoria, heard some bad stories about that place. A friend of mine who is a Merc technician will service the car for me.

I know the oil and filter will get changed, bought the parts at G-drive, I am also changing the plugs as I don't know when mine was last changed, can't see anything in the service history from BMW..

Does anyone know what else to look at?

It ranges depending on their 60+ point check, isis readings and standard scope work but generally includes oils (engine/diff), filters (air/micro/cabin, etc), cooling system flush and replacement, brake fluid fush and replacement, power steering, plugs, vacuum seals, water pump, etc. They may also update the dme/software version on the car if need be :thumbs:

If you doing the above at BMW off motorplan, you will get raped but hopefully your buddy is sharp enough to do the above :thumbs:

Also look at a carbon clean :thumbs:

Got the 4 at G-drive for the price on the web and I found stock at one of our advertisers yesterday : Bavarian Auto Recycling, they have 8 left.:thumbs:

It's a bit far to drive for me, I stay in Pretoria North....
