Why is everyone beating around the bush? Impossible for that to be wkw on a stock N55.

and the NM ?

Thanks guys... always thought she was nippy and ran a few other 135s with ease. Will gladly have a run on another dyno ASAP to see the results.
:praise: to N55

guys...obviously the dyno is reading a bit "happy" as the engine only produces 225kw and 400nm stock.

Remember that not all dyno's are equally accurate....one must only use dyno's for merely gauging performance improvements.

so when his buddy for example adds jb4 and this same dyno reads 260wkw and 500nm he gained about 20kw and 50nm on this specific dyno and thus he got a nice gain.

If another stock 135i dct does not get the same figures then obviously there is undisclosed modifications.

imho..all these dyno are over rated. People must understand its 99% inertia dyno which gives an estimate of your car's power. not like a load dyno run.

For instance...the AMS dyno at Zwartkops reads like 20-25kw less than KAR's dyno in Kempton Park.

True story but...

This Dyno reads 20 kw less then MACE and DYNOTECH in CT
They only had two 135 DCT N55 on there dyno so far and they both made this amount of power.

I'm driving my STOCK 2013 DCT 135i down to CT just to put it on this dyno. Will make 200000wkw and I will be happy with life.

I know Dynotech reads Flywheel power, in fact Most Dynos in CT that I have been to, Dynotech, Topend and Ferroli have all given me Fly wheel figures, seems to be the standard down here.

Not to try and rain on your parade.

Dynotech is able to give both readings, I've tested my far share of dynos in the Cape back in my focus ST days. we were dyno sluts , and that was not the standard.

impossible.... but hey the guy said that it makes 240kwz or so at the wheels stock , only 1 way to find out , give me the vin number or reg number and il check if the car was installed with ppk?? because if the car was installed with ppk it will be on the motorplan print out if it was done at a bmw dealer.

@zaza we not being dicks about what power the car is making we just finding it hard to believe as most of the x35 members have dyno their cars and all made between the 200 to 210 mark, so we all just find it hard to believe that your friend is making a whole 30 to 40 wheel kwz more but if thats so then its crazy power.....:clapper:car must be flying

all the best :coolShake:

Left of the graph says "Corrected ENGINE power"
Seems relatively in line with other figures of 200+wkw
