Simply coz manuals are more fun with an NA straight 6.
Youl probably have more luck finding an N52 linked to a steptronic box in a 3 series.

or an e82 125i, same motor. chip it, 130i spec in an e82.
i got an auto/steptronic/paddles. no regrets, manual is for labourers hahahaha.

You got 130i? what mileage is it on?
I looked and could not find anywhere on the net whereby it confimrs that if you chip a 125i E82 that you will get same power as a 130i? do you know of a proven case?

i've got an e82 125i, 2010 now on 130kkm. its got the detuned 130i spec motor.
ATM Tuning, otherwise if you're handy, and have the cable and software, can try https://bimmerlabs.com.
i got a free tune from them. They take the power unit from 125i spec to 130i spec.
hopefully when i get time, and the cable will load it. on the interwebs they come pretty well recommended.

well, i think my car has the intake, cause i did check realoem, and also when i put the last 7 or 8 digits from my vin on the bimmerlabs, they give the file that is needed for my car.

So my buddy who had the same car as I (accord 2010) sold it last week and got a 130i 3door in silver. I went to check it out and it's awesome. The sound is just bliss, it's an msport, he said if the clocks show till "280kmh" then it's msport, is that correct? I think I might as well just get a manual then.

not all e82/87 etc have the oil temp. my 125i doesnt. i think its only the 135i that does. just need someone to confirm this.

yeah, hopefully before the next dyno day haha.

I would do some more research on the cars, it’s widely available if you spend more than 2mins googling.

M-sport have different front and rear bumpers, and have side skirts.

Wheels are bespoke as well, either 17in or 18in.

Suspension changed too, if I recall correctly it’s 15mm lower than standard.

There’s different trim inside as well. And lookout for the M-badges on the gear lever (Manual) and the steering wheel.

Then there’s additional sport items which could be added onto a base m-sport package, such as anthracite roof lining, honeycomb interior trim etc.
