I know someone who did all the BMW approved upgrades and it didnt do much to power..

Save your money...and do what UpnComing says..

Not sure if the 330i intake manifold will work on 125i?

Is the 125i, not 3L already? :rollsmile:

It is indeed a 3l. If it works on the newer 325i, then it may well work on the 125i too

BMW Performance exhaust and intake if still on motorplan, maybe 5kw max, but it's more seat of the pants performance than actual gains..

However ...

if not on motorplan, with a chip you can get upto 180-190kw then with an exhaust intake maybe 200kw or more

Does the engine on a 125i have the same internals as the engine on the 30i BMWs? I'm asking this to see if doing mods to get around 200Kw will not shorten the lifespan of the engine or what.

N/A will not have to many gains from mods unless you turbo charge it...
