I would start with a set of OEM wheels, possibly the 135i wheels and then a gloss black lip..

Welcome!

Very neat looking ride you got there bru, well done.

Is this a diesel or a 125i? First thing I would do is rid myself of the peasant look by changing to the Msport bumpers and wheels, there are enough 18"s floating around to make it cheap, but wait until your next tyre change to get the most bang for your buck.

First cheap mod, I would spray the full grills gloss black, and add the rear spoiler, play around with plastidip as well to get some ideas, maybe black out the white foglight areas of the bumper for one big opening.

Interior mods like Bluetooth/usb and a sub/speaker or radio upgrade, and then start fiddling with the exhaust and cats

Post some interior pics as well, manual or automatic?

I like it the way it is. There are too many e82's with msport bumpers imo.

Maybe get the wheels sprayed or find a "rare" OEM rim. In other words not a msport wheel.

Black line taillights and xenons upfront.

look its a nice base...personally i love sporty sh!t so i would def do 1M bumper or M Sport...just because ..in my opinion..it looks so much nicer than the normal sh!t..it all depends on your taste. if you're inclined on leaving it as is with a rim change...to me..i dont think it'll look great with those bumpers...so ja..i would change it...just know you have a car with so much potential

Slightly darker silver to make them more aggressive. But don't plastidip your wheels. I have been there just don't do it. And don't go gloss black.

We have a 125i coupe as well msport. So yeah I like the look as well. But still feel there are to many of them.

You need to check the forum for sale parts section bro, or check the advertisement section of the forum. Someone here will be able to help you out.

the diffs are identical, only a small difference in ratio between the auto and manual cars. So if you a manual, use a diff from a manual 135i.

becareful with diffs from the 135i as there is the medium and large casing. If your car is a non turbo car I would suggest going with a lower ratio diff it will give you a little bit of a better acceleration.

I made a table on the different diff ratios that I could find but dont have it with me at the moment I can post it later if you want as I see that thread where I posted it no longer exists

Some things to think about

*Many of the e9x and e8x parts are interchangeable
*4 Cylinder petrol e8x and e9x have the small casing
*diesels of e8x and e9x have the medium casing but the ratios are terrible for a petrol car
*autos normally have the lower ratio diffs - great upgrade for a manual car for acceleration but you loose a little top end and rpm's are a bit higher compared to your previous diff at the same speed - great upgrade for a NA car
*135i and 335i have bot medium and large case diffs
*135i and 335i diffs are geared for turbo so they probably not the greatest if your car is NA its gonna be sluggish
*M3 and 1M were the only ones to come with an LSD but both those diffs are large casings
*if you do decide to go large casing you gonna need to change your side shafts and possibly drive shaft and subframe

*On my car I bought an LSD conversion kit (racing diffs makes it) and hopefully once my car is running I will get to put it in, apparently works well tested by someone on you tube with a 335i but he said an improvement but not the same as a real LSD more like a traction helper

Hope this helps

aaah thanks, yeah helps me. learning!

im more thinking of around 120km/h to lower the revs. but i think then i should just try get a 130 or 330 diff.
