Probably all the differences yes.

The Slight (lol) increase in power means strong/thicker parts.

Including brake system and maybe some electronic goodies.

Have a look on the real oem site and see if part numbers are the same between the 2 for the components you interested in.

Aesthetically - 135i has no fog lights, a sports bumper, has a boot spoiler and a smoked set of double exhaust pipes.

120i has a single exhaust in silver, no spoiler and generally has fog lights.

And there was only an E82 135i, the 120i is E87 or E82.
