Hi guys and Gals,

New to this forum and bmw in general

In the process of buying a 2018 1 series.A concern I have is that I am a android fan boy and worried about compatibility with with s21 ultra and the I drive system.

Would I be able to pair my phone and still have some features or is it a no go?

Will start a thread one I get my car.

Howsit,

Your phone will connect to the car with no issues and features (dependent on what you trying to use) will function without issues. Just research what features you want to use initially to check compatibility upfront but most are fine and work well.

So I have not been able to drive the car as yet as the seller is based in jhb. What does worry me is the ride comfort on our shoddy roads.

The car has 18 inch rims and run flats.im worried it's going to hard and uncomfortable to drive. Any inputs on ride comfort would be appreciated

I currently have a cooper's s with run flats and it's a very hard ride.
