120d E87 Clutch replacement

Hozit gents,

So time has now really come for me to replace the clutch,

When i depress the clutch its like i can feel the release bearing rubbing on the fingers of the pressure plate.

2006 120D E87

Where is a best but NOT most expensive place (Possible forum discount) to take her to have clutch, DMF replaced?
