This car is, not your ordinary "car" anymore!!! It looks great, I for one am not a merc fan, but there are some exceptions to my rule - Mr. Smooth...Looking great!

Hi, I didn't go back to the dyno. Started the body work immediately. Will run it as soon as its done but I am expecting up to 600whp on pump fuel which will be .8bar and then the mad race pulley that is 1.4bar.

Small update. Only the front spoiler is left before going to paint. We added to the stiffness of the front bumper as well. The standard Merc connections just felt to flimsy so a extra brace was constructed for the front. There are slight changes in the design and fitment to make way for further cooling mods that I have been working on for a while.

That is going to look insane,.
I assume the standard wheels aren't going to be staying on for too long?

Haha they will look like those spare space savers. I have been looking at wheels for a while. Three top notch us companies and all come back with different offsets for front and back. Major contradictions. So tomorrow I am spending the day under the car measuring cause the last thing I want to do is use spacers or the wheel sticks out to far then im fooked

As per usual Mr Smooth, you just move the goalpost further and further along with your builds!

As a sidenote, do you have any plans to upgrade the braking system?

Thanks for the complements.

I am quite wierd with brakes. My brake pads last forever as I am pretty gentle when it comes to stopping. My theory is if you need a lot of brake you going too fast in a place you shouldn't.
I did two emergency stops from 300km/h in succession with zero fade or cracking of the brakes so the stock brakes are pretty good (my car is fitted with Performance pack brakes which are floating). Going with very big brakes makes the car dangerous in emergency stops as it takes similar braking to going around a circuit to keep them at correct operating temperature so in turn they may be too cold when the time comes to need them vs the stock breaks that are in their efficiency.

haha George......
Yeah my Scooby will be done in around 3-4 weeks.
Waiting is the worst!!! haha
Im very finicky when it comes to quality and Barry from Greenstone auto body feels the same.
Thats why my car is there :praise:

Looks awesome. The arches look similar to the Black Series, if wheel track of Black is similar to yours and arches aswell why dont you úse the offset of the Black Series as a starting point to calculate offset. You probably already thought of this..

The hubs are different on the black series. They are E Class hubs so they can accommodate the Ceramic Brakes if chosen as a option so they don't sit in the same place :flyfun:. The wheels is the only thing I am slightly out of depth with this build but there is always time to learn so now after much reading up I will measure it and get it right.
