Hello everyone! need to some petrolhead advice ;)

I always had my heart set on a M135i, and now seems a little out of reach financially. My next best bet was the 125i hatch m sport bells and whisles etc..
Then i thought, what about the 135i coupe?
In your opinion which would you choose?

what puts me off the coupe is the shape change and the interior seems very dated.. but the motor.. sigh.. thanks in advance! :ty:

I would go for the 135i, but thats just me. 125i is nice but very small I'd rather just have a 2 door if the car has that little room.

135i for the win!!!

I drove a e92 325i Coupe for a full year and had my heart upon upgrading to the v8 m3, but financially it was also out of my reach.only by a little, but still.
so I got me a newer yearmodel 135i (2010) vs a (2008) M3 instead....(downgrade you say??that's what I initially thought)

and guess what, I'm soooo glad I did!!!The e92 interior is much better I must say, more comfortable, spacious and it rides slightly better (better stability at high speeds). But I must tell you that after almost 2 months I dont regret my choice FOR A SINGLE SECOND!!

the feeling of whipping MUCH bigger and more expensive cars on the road simply never gets old!!:rollsmile:chev luminas/porsche caymans/golf & scirocco r's/aston v8's, you name it, the 135i kills it!!!
I hardly care for the fancier, newer interiors of the new models(but that's just me) although very nice.Just make sure you get a fully kitted-out one

for me the 2.5l engine I had was just too underpowered for the beemer badge,(my personal opinion).but I'm not sure if the 125i has the newer turbo engines.cos that would be a different story...

It has to be said that I've got the BMW PPK2 on my car, which transforms it from a beast, to a beast-slaying machine!!:praise:

just my 2c's

What he said!! +1 :thumbs::thumbs:
Plus if the 135i is in your price range you can run it in motorplan for a while, make sure there is no hidden probs than may come back and bite you AND THEN MODS!! :inlove::joy:

135i FTW !!
I've been driving one for 1.5 years and use it as a daily drive. It's an awesome car that is a pleasure to drive every single time behind the wheel.
The combination of epic looks, power, handling, and sound puts a smile on my face every single day.

And with software , it's almost a supercar ;)

The new 125i is a bit odd looking from my liking.

I would def go 135i coupe not a fan of the new hatch shape, plus twin turbo is awesome and lots of mods available.

Although with a c63amg and a range rover listed in your cars not sure how budget could be a issue.
