BLACK MACHINE

Funny enough, I was looking at a black one at Forsdicks this morning as I needed the brakes checked on 335...still does not appeal to me. I can think of much better ways to spend 538K. Its got the speed, but that's about all for that kind of money...:fencelook:
I would still take an ED35...

Moenie kak praat!

Please enlighten us what real men drive then ? A four cylinder E46 or a an E90 with have the power of a 135i .

Secondly, Since u are such an expert, what is a real man?

Meant half the power.
Btw , what do u drive?

Haha I am young and I am one of those big guys that cant sit properly in a 135 or at least i make it a three seater because nobody can sit behind me,thats why I made the statement,1 series is too small for me,wouldn't mind buying my wife one though very nice drive, power to weight ratio and great handling almost go kart like in turn in on a bend.

As for the looks you have to agree its subjective but appeals more to the fairer sex from what I've seen.

I had a tazz 130 then a facelift e46 318i(slight mods) and now an e90 330i.As per above thats just my opinion,I like the car but unfortunately its too small for me wheres as other cars in its class like the golf and focus are not.

If you are small enough to fit in it and like the looks then good for you, enjoy, although the typical male isn't small. At least not in this country.

Believe it or not people could fit behind me in my tazz but in the 1 series I drove(friends) nobody could.

Don't get me wrong i know the car is great to drive its just not for your average male IMO.8 out of 10 of my male friends could not drive that car comfortably with passengers behind them and so we only had two possible drivers if we used that car with passengers.

P.S Chavoos my statement had nothing to do with power as in reality a 120i has a way better power to weight ratio that a 320i so that would be a stupid reason to say a one series isn't for men,my only reason is size and especially rear passenger room in the case of a man driving a 1 series.

Personally would still choose a 335 with 4 doors over a 135 :thumbdo:
The only 1 series I would take is the ///1M :blab:

Thanks for the long explanation Boet. Appreciate it.
Size does matter , like engine size and power. Similarly power and size of a real man isnt only seen in his outer appearance by the way, you know what I mean :)
The drivers seats in my 135i coupe seem just fine, similar to the 3 series bmws I own/ed.
Backseat size is sufficient when I take the odd third and fourth wheel with.

I am curious as to the ratio of male:female drives that drive the 135i's . Don't see too many females driving it. Maybe they drive more of the 120s and 125s .

Many cars don't have much of back seat . Depends what you looking for eg M3s , 911s , ferraris, R8 , GTR ++++ to name a few

Rest my case.

I would like to see what the 125 does in that mix, secretly I want it to be a match for the GTI.
