I'll chat to the customer and find out a little more about his daily commute as I suspect this has an affect on the fuel consumption as well.
Interestingly, there's quite a few cute 'features' in these cars that can be messed with, outside of playing with the maps.
In this car I played a little with the throttle response, as many people complain that 'comfort' mode is too lazy and that 'sport' mode is too aggressive. After some experimenting on a few cars running the latest software, I've settled on a comfort and sport response that works well. I've made the comfort made a little more nippy for everyday use, and made the sport mode a little less aggressive in order to make the car a little more manageable during spirited driving.
These changes are subtle and are mostly focused on the first 50% of throttle movement. People seem to like it so I consider this to be a neat change without costing an arm and leg for a full software remap. I've also added things like shift lights on manual cars and and sports memory for guys that prefer staying in that mode.
Lastly, I've done the O2 sensor delete after the cats on this car. Bear in mind the customer wanted to retain his stock map settings so these were left as is
