Marketplace Section Rules & Etiquette

1. All statements made within a sale thread are the views/opinions of the poster of the thread and those who reply therein.
2. Sale threads posted are not protected or warranted by the forum or its staff, no matter the circumstance. The forum is simply a platform with a subsection that allows for traders in the community to make non-commercial sales. Commercial sales/sellers can be found in the "Advertisers" subsection.
3. Notwithstanding point (2) above, the forum hereby condemns any sale thread that is the victim of attack by forum users due to differences of opinions shared regarding the ethics of a seller and his/her requirements of a sale (ie: price etc).
4. Any sale threads found to be in contravention of point (3) above will be moderated accordingly, with or without notice, in conjunction with the rules and ethics of the forum.
5. If a sale thread is seen to be that of a deceptive nature (scam), the report button may be used to alert the staff who will attend accordingly and ensure the sale thread is removed.
6. If you wish to engage with a seller regarding the sale and the ethics around it, please do so outside of the sale thread and take action as mentioned in point (5) above.
7. Users intentionally posting malicious sale threads will in all probability be banned permanently from the forum.

1. Sale posts require the poster to have a minimum of 100 posts on the forum.
2. A seller who intentionally spams the forum in quick succession in order to up his/her post count will have all spam posts removed and will have their posting rights restricted for an extended period to be determinded by the staff member moderating said poster.
3. A sale thread must, within 24 hours of being posted, contain the following criteria to be deemed a legitimate sale thread:
   • Item
   • Price
   • Picture
   • Location
   • Contact information
4. A sale thread that does not meet the criterion posted in point (3) above will be removed from public view without notice and within no specified time-limit.
5. Malicious sale threads will be removed, along with those who post them.
