I for one am very excited. These animals are yearning for love and attention and it was very evident by simply scratching them behind the ear or a pat on the head that it meant the world to them.

I do hope this is sufficient notice for all to attend.

The shelter is just before the Duynefontein turn-off and there is a 3km flat gravel road just before the shelter.

Hope to see you all there. We have already started collecting food and blankets. We all know how cold it can get in Cape Town (and even sometimes snow on table mountain). These animals arent as fortunate to just quickly pop out and buy a blanket, heater or warm water bottle.

Lets step up.
