20th June - Supertraxx day @ Zwartkops

Guys there is a supertraxx day on the 20th June at zwartkops.
I will be going for the skidpan..

Meeting up at 8:30am At the BP on William Nicol, as you come off the highway turning towards fourways, the one on the left, then leaving for the track by 9am..

Pretoria/Centurion Guys will be easiest to sort out with Kobus325is and meet up that side & go through & we will meet you at the track

Once at the track we can all meet up under the carports on the right just before you get to the pit area

Costs:
Track : R300 I think
Skidpan : R150 for whole day OR R50 for 5 goes and R10 if you wanna be a passenger in someones car.

Anybody is welcome. You can invite your friends as well.

The skidpan is a safe environment to test you car control skills, and to have some fun. The is very little chance of vehicle damage unless you do something stupid. They keep the surface wet so there is also minimal wear on your tires.

How they do it is, they split the skidpan into 2. Then they set up a course with tires & cones. You have a go, and then line up again on the opposite track, and get to have a go doing the same track in reverse..

Bring camp chairs, Picnic stuff, Colddrinks, etc.. There is a place you can buy food & cold drinks as well.

For Directions if you can't meet us for the convoy & will rather go strait there

No one posted a reply on this one for a good couple of days, but if it is still happening, I will hit the missus over the head with a frying pan :hammerhead:and bring her along to the skidpan for the day so I guess u can count me in aswell.

I am aware of it but unfortunately me and the missus are driving down to Bloemfontein tomorow @ 05:00 to fetch a F100 bakkie with a 302 V8 which my oldman will use to tow his caravan with and I want to be back to watch the S14 final. So for me it is a quick 1000km drive with that petrol addict of mine we call a car.

Got a funny Clunk noise coming from my front suspensions ( I think ) & my HandBrake not working anymore Hopefully get it sorted by the 20th.

Looks like I'm flying back from Cpt that day. But will make it there in the afternoon.

I'm in so far. Going on the track, and it will also be the debue of my wife going around the track with me :excited:. Just have to make sure the seats are covered with plastic :thumb:. I'm gonna go through early as to get a nice spot in the pits. Will see you guys there.

I might make it in the E39 ...

Just found out that fathers day is not 2mro but next week sunday (20th) Means I am out for this one.. & unfortunatly probably then next few until December holidays..:banghead:
