Hey guys, My name is Mike, i have been on here for a few months gathering info on N54 and N55 Engines as the 335I have been one of my dream cars to own.

So on the 20th of December my self and my wife walked in at BMW Clearwater to go and see one of the dealers there that just added a 335I to the auto-trader website, but we didnt know what the car looked like as the picture on the site was just a general BMW picture, and just to look around and take a stroll.

As we walked in i saw the 335I i have seen in my area a few times and i knew, this is it... This is the one i want. Christo from Clearwater walked up and started chatting, soon after that i was in the driver seat for a test drive, MAN, thats it, its sold to ME.

BMW Clearwater was nice enough to borrow me a car as we were on our way to Richards Bay while they were getting the car ready for collection.

We arrived back from holiday and picked up the car on 5th Jan 2015, Great XMAS gift if you ask me.

So thanks to Christo from Clearwater and the great service, i am now a very happy BMW 335I LCI Owner.

The dealership replaced the Windscreen, Gear-lever as it was peeling of and all you could see was white plastic and 2 brand new rear tires.

As we collected the car i took it for a quick N3 drive and found the car was a little unstable doing well over 170 km\h, i pulled in at Tiremart and did the balancing and alignment, after that the car was back to normal.

Thanks for looking and sorry for the long story.

Here's some pics below, ill take a few more when the car is in the sun.

Just before i collected.

And a few in the Basement where i park it when i drive her, Notice the car has full Carbon Fibre inserts, i was very lucky to get this.

Thanks Guys. This car is amazing though. I've always been in VAG cars but this is a completely different drive.

Sash soon soon. Ill park the car off a little later and take more pics.

I actually didn't even know this is the Performance Parts until I came across another forum where they were taking about it. Apparently this kit (front bumper, side skirts, rear diffuser, boot spoiler and all the carbon bits inside the car) is quite expensive. I'm not sure if it's factory fitted. Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge can enlighten me.

Thanks guys, I feel very welcomed here.

I have a question, does all the 335I owners flash their lights at other 335I owners. Cos i just had a dude in a F-Series 335I flash me and gave me a :coolShake:

Looks great. A set of style 313s would finish it off nicely.

Congratulations on a fantastic purchase....and believe me you have a 1 of kind e90 335 on your hands...well done. . The previous owner would have definitely paid an arm and leg for all that [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]....your gain.

Hope you enjoy her, and may you be granted many safe and trouble free kilos with the car. As I was told when I purchased mines, welcome to the " REAL Dark side " [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

Very very Nice Sir and welcome to the 335i family.

I also switched from GTIs to BMW, must be that we all grown up now:cartel:

Your car looks damn nice with the MPerf, agree with change of wheels, maybe when you have spare cash that would an option, those Style 313s mentioned above will look great, or maybe Firoze's old wheels, if he is selling them!

Anyway great car, congratulations and many happy miles
