Hi Guys,
First off, a big thank you to Karsh330d for posting the initial thread, located HERE. Since the thread, i had tried to get more information and from the people i had contacted it was an open event, anyone can attend. Yesterday, i was informed that clubs have been invited and spots reserved for clubs. This morning, i contacted the organisers directly and managed to secure us a spot for 5 cars in the pits, together with the clubs banners and gazebo.
So, first off... We require 5 cars to be on display. The display needs to setup by 8:30am, after this time no further cars will allowed into the pits. Display cars must be parked for the entire day. I dont need to mention, but please make sure your car is cleaned prior as this will be the 'face' of the club.
Please add you name to this list if you are confirmed to come through, please!? And can stay for the entire day, be it yourself and your car or just your car.

Together with the above, a standby list for those wanting to put their cars on display, in case anyone from the confirmed list drops. Please note, I will contact you by means of PM on the forum should any of the above change plans. You will need to be at Kyalami no later than 8am.

There will be a group picture taken, the above 5 cars will be used for the pictures.

Ok, so as per the invite:
Time: 09h00 - 17h00
Venue: Kyalami Race Track
Cost: Free
Please note, some information may not be accurate as i was only given info on this event today. I have asked as many questions to Denis as i could. There might be a chance more cars will be allowed tomorrow, for example the open track time, we might be allowed more cars on track. Will have to play it by ear tomorrow.
For those attending, please pop by the BMWFanatics pit spot, bring your camping chairs and come through. Look for the BMWFanatics/TheFanatics Gazebo and Banners.
