PS - I would have loved to do a group booking, but i dont have the finances to put down a deposit for 50 people and only 10 pitch. Trust you guys understand.

Guys, i had a chat with Divio, we would like to do a group photo at the Caltex Meeting spot. When you arrive, please park in line as instructed. Divio and myself will be there to guide you. Group pic will take place at 09:05am and we will promptly leave once done. We expect to be departing the Caltex no later than 09:20am. Please be on time.

I thought the idea behind the breakfast run is not just the drive, but actually having a sit down together and enjoying each others compony...so how will everyone booking at their own restaurant work?? :thinking:

Cois, you could have PM'd or discussed this in the events discussion thread... But anyways, this was the initial plan. Unfortunately, we are not willing to take the risk of booking for X amount of people and paying the deposit and only a handful turn up.

This way, attendees can book as groups/families/individually. Just makes logistics easier!

Also, some may not like the restaurant we book at, here there's choices for everyone.
