VWCSA Kyalami Track Day

Date: Sunday, 5 October 2014
Time: 8:00am - 4:00pm (approx.)
Location: Kyalami Race Track, Allandale Rd, Midrand

Cost
Drivers: VWCSA Member rates: R400, Other Club Members: R550, Non-Members R700.
Passengers: R20 per passenger.

If you are a member of another club, The club Chairman/Admin will have to provide us with a list of their members attending the event to qualify for the discounted rate.

Pre-Reg cut off date: 1 October 2014/Limited to 120 participants.

We will be capping entries at 120 cars as always and will be on a first come basis.
There classes are listed below and will run in 15 min sessions per class.

Beginner (First time out on the track and lower powered vehicles)
Intermediate (Some experience and high powered vehicles)
Advanced (For the drivers who regularly attend track days)
Race class (Class for race cars, Professional drivers)

Please note the Marshalls will be giving a driver's Briefing at 8am! We'd like everyone to be there at that time please.
First session starts at 8h15!

NB: Helmets, Closed shoes and long sleeves are mandatory for all drivers and passengers.

Pre registration is mandatory, If you have not registered and paid by the cut off time you will not be included in the event and won't receive any points.

Stalls
We will have places available for stalls/gazebos where you may advertise your products or perhaps provide a service to the public.

Catering
We will arrange caterers that will be capable of supplying food and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day

Show N Shine
We will be hosting a show N shine on the day.
There will be various classes and prizes which is still to be confirmed
Cost: TBC
