I had an accident at last months track day. :bawling:

After coming out of turn 3, the back swung out and I managed to control it a bit until it went onto the gravel then it went sideways into the tyre wall. Bounced off the wall then went airbourne and flipped onto its side.

I’ve been on the track for 11 years. Never had an accident until now :bawling:

The other kak thing is that the insurance wont cover it. :cursin: But they allow BMW track days in JHB

Had to climb out the sunroof as the car was on its side.

Had neck whiplash for about a week.

BMW Coachworks was R280k max quote. They quote for everything before they strip.

Gonna go to others for quotes

Sorry for your troubles bud, that must suck serious donkey bits...

What year is the car, and how much do you owe on it.. This is going to cost you oodles to fix.

I would part it depending on the value.. THe damage looks like its only cosmetic, but thats A/C pillar, roof, door, any airbags pop ? perhaps sunroof, bumpers, tailgate...

If it was not for the roof damage, you should be able to buy the parts indivually from a scrapyard and it should not be too hard to find, but the shell is injured, so your fairly screwed....

Give me a ring if ya need some advice...

Damn that is unfortunate.:bawling:

Glad you are unscathed from the accident.
Consider parting with it instead of fixing as suggested by ZL.

Its dreadful that the insurer is not paying. I assume you are with bmw insure? Sorry buddy, its bad.
