I for one think that Irshaad can turn this around. The work he has put it into Eventuri, and the levels to which he has taken to make it a WORLDWIDE success is brilliant.

You need someone who's in touch with the car community and what they want. He certainly had his finger on the pulse with his company. Let's pray he can do the same for ACS

I hope the turn around comes with realization that their exorbitant prices is what put them in the trenches

This is the price I got on June 2025 for a ACS Chip on my G87

They quoted me R110K for my F10 M5 and it was a pitiful power increase. At least this one isn't too bad on paper. This was at a time where a JB4 would get you more (like double the gain) for R10K and gave you a lot more visibility and control :ROFLMAO:. They used to say this was more BMW's cost to keep the plan intact. I am 100% sure the actual gain was going to be less too.

BMW really is milking these things with the M Performance parts as well - the pricing is out of touch with reality. I mentioned elsewhere their quality is not what it used to be (and the manufacturers supplying them are not of the same 'tier' as they were before.)

I suppose this is the world we are in - ever more money for ever less service/quality/quantity

Hence the demise of ACS, this offering was widely available yet if you dig into the 2 major tuning shops in Gauteng 357 and Colab you will see just how much people don't give a hoot about ACS as a performance mod
