review Xcede Performance - Review (Tune and Maintenance)

Hi All,

After recently finding a decent 120d the 1st order of business was to tackle some preventative maintenance, as the car was purchased in JHB and will live in Middelburg for the next 2 years I decided to book the car in with Xcede in JHB based on this and the reviews.

The following was completed at my request :

• Engine oil and filter service
• Coolant flush
• Crank damper pulley, bolts and belt
• Gearbox oil and filter replacement
• EGR,DPF deactivation
• Downpipe
• ECU Tune
• Brake discs, pads and sensors all around + fluid flush(after their inspection and advice)

The goal was just to have the car safe and reliable for my wife and this was achieved beyond expectation.

I was given a progress update daily with back and forth regarding what’s being done vs what’s needed, this I really appreciate. The communication and transparency aspect is very important and in most other companies I’ve dealt with its sorely lacking.

Since collection the car has covered roughly 2000km with 0 oddities. The most noticeable difference when driving is the power delivery, in every gear at any speed it just feels fast.

Xcede is a solid recommendation from me, the guys are great at what they do.

Trust me, you wont regret going the Xcede route!!!
