Yep that’s the reality.

At the moment I’m debating just getting my wife a new plate and not got through the drama. That would be admitting defeat and the sensible thing though.

Any update on this case?

Don’t seem to be winning, tried two different crowds, most recently disk it who originally did my plates for me. 9 days later they been too sick to do anything. Service is pretty pathetic.

Also tried to get him to register one of my new bikes in December and they failed.

Most likely just going to get my wife a new plate. Or will have to go open a case and invest more time than the 5k plate is worth getting it back.

I spoke to a mate of mine in legal regarding this matter and he gave me the following steps that should be followed, passing it on so you can use it if you'd like: (some of it is common sense ofc)

Our cars are mostly gp registered but we resides mostly in Swaziland. Hence getting third parties to assist. Excuse the vagueness, we basically just get radio silence from first guy, second guy disk it’s been sick for last couple weeks so said he didn’t have time.

We in Midrand over the weekend though so going to convince.

I agree with you though. It’s also really upset my wife. As I offered to get her another plate and she refused due to this ordeal.
