So if I am understanding correctly.
1) Deal Cancellation: The ideal outcome would be to cancel the purchase deal entirely if Audi Bloem & BMW Bloem is unable or unwilling to meet BMW’s warranty and maintenance standards.
2) Rectification and Confirmation: If canceling the deal isn’t possible, they should agree to make necessary adjustments so the car meets BMW’s standards. This would include providing written confirmation that the vehicle will continue with a complete warranty or motor plan, assuring full future coverage.

Yes but bear in mind what @TBP88 has said as well! The future may uncover further issues so by far your best course of action is 1.

Now that BMW SA is involved there is a very high chance BMW Bloem is going to be in kak. There is virtually zero chance that they are going to be willing to cover the R47K bill on this car to bring it up to standard (plus whatever else BMW HQ requests).

Audi unable to give us Dekra report now. Gave us the 60 day road worthy test. I attached a PDF version of the Screan report.
I don’t know how much you paid for that report but it’s not even worth “Free”. Please take R300 of your pocket money as do a VinDocs check on your car. They provide a comprehensive report including the cars journey from factory to SA. They show you all the services and motorplan repairs, etc.

It might be the best R300 you have ever spent in your situation.

I see, thank you. How different is it to the CIA report, I got from BMW Constantia?

I mentioned this in another thread..

I purchased my 2018 F30 (Still in motorplan) from SMG BMW Century City in early 2022. Kulula had just closed shop that same week so the prices of flights were mad crazy which led me to purchase the car unseen.

After a few days I noticed an unusually high wind-noise. SMG DBN checked the car and said all is fine., which was not the case..
I took the car back to SMG DBN and a tech drove the car while I was passenger princess.... Guess what.. I noticed an after-market logo on the windscreen. HOW DID THIS PASS THE MOTORPLAN CHECK?!

I emailed SMG CT and cc'd whoever I could at the dealership.. They eventually replaced the windscreen at their cost with an original one.

It doesn't end there..

At the time of purchase I wasn't clued up on how to check the manufacture dates on tyres.. About a year ago I figured it out and decided to check the date on the tyres.. Low and behold.. 2016 Bridgestone tyres on a 2018 vehicle. What a f**king joke!

So I just got an email from BMW Constantia, as I requested the form they use for the Motorplan. We haven't received such from BMW Bloemfontein....Point 3, 4, 10 and Dealership Declaration is very interesting.

So what you're saying is; we as consumers should accept a sub-par premium-brand vehicle purchased from a premium-brand dealership? Obviously a used car will have some niggles but definitely not shit like this.

Emptor caveat.

A 1 series is not premuim, Audi is not premuim. "Shit like this", you mean buckled rims, something BM's do when you just look at them skeef? Chinese tyres, ehm the dealer has zero obligation to you to install anything other than road legal and in conformance to the cars requirements. BMW's are not exclusively sold with RFTs especially on the FWD platforms so you assuming it should have RFT's is just that your assumption.

I find this whole debacle laughable. Poors gonna be poor.

Again I think runflats are the least of the issues in this case. Get your parents to ditch this deal while they can.
Yeah, the tyres being RFT, chinese, or whatever isn't the biggest issue. You seem determined to hold onto this car. If so, just ensure as much cover as you can get is there and as much is sorted as possible. But again, I do have a very strong suspicion that in a few months time you'll be here again either with a voided plan or with some issue BMW seem unable/unwilling to resolve.

Is it worthwhile to request BMW Constantia to do a vehicle check as BMW Bloem looks to have not done a good job.

I can't say for certain what my parent's want now, as they do want to use it as a family car as well. I think they do not want to pay for school fees at this stage. I just want to understand if the motorplan will be voided. If it will be, parents will request the bank to give back the money.

I'd say chat to them about what they actually want then. You will 100% be within your rights to walk away from this deal. You will almost certainly have to pay some school fees for that privilege. Pay them and move along. A better 118i exists (because they probably sold 12386767435 of them) and if not a better car of another sort exists for the same/similar money (even less some school fees).

Thank you. I am going to speak to them about it. Funny enough, another local 2020 one popped up for the same price we bought the Bloem one. But this one doesn't have motorplan as well? Even though it is 76 000km?? Why is that? Did it get voided??
