I have fitted two kits in the last 12 months on my cars. One was a 2012 320d F30 similar to yours and the other was on my current 2013 F10 520d. One kit i got from a local forumite that had it available for sale as he had ordered two kits and the other i got from Nirvash on the forum who ordered it from Darkside Developments in UK and a family member brought it over for us.

Alright, thanks, i think i will have to order it from darkside, I thought there are local suppliers I can order from. So, did you fit it yourself or you had someone do it for you?

Fitted them myself. Not a difficult job. Need some torx sockets. Watch the Youtube tutorials and then do it yourself.

Not sure if Danny2 is still on the Forum as you can see no response since 2020.
I got a blanking plate from a local company and fitted that which blanked off the egr exhaust gasses from entering the inlet manifold.
The water/cooling part is still in place as one needs a "full" kit to replace the egr proper. Contact me if you need the blanking plate.
My car also has the N47 motor.
@Solo Man
Can you enlighten me a little here please.
So the plate would go between the EGR and manifold?
Do you just remove the bolts and it slots in?

Yes, it is a stainless steel plate about as thick as a thinnish gasket which fits in between the plastic inlet and the steel egr. It is oval so fits nicely in there and seals off the egr gasses from entering the manifold. And yes, you remove the two bolts and slot it in there. Iirc., i had to loosen the plastic inlet manifold section with the three torx screws in order for the blanking plate to slide in.
