Love this colour
The 20i will probably be easier to live with as a daily, due to the longer gears.

I owned a manual 320D for a a year or so... and wont lie, the constant shifting between first and second on the Diesel does gets tiring after a while lol. Missed the luxury of being able to have a coffee in hand while driving.

They seems to be good value

Yeah I agree, diesel manuals are so gear 2 in nature 😂

Same one I was interested in, @Benji checked it out for me and it wasn't of the cleanest out there.

There's another at BMW Klerksdorp which seems in better condition

So be mindful of the 420d.

Was initially on WBC with green status, if you look carefully at these pics you will see the tyre fitted upside down🫣 (or inside out).

It didn't sell on auction, came back with premium status and new pacer tyres all round🤣...it does seem that wbc is starting to do things to cars coming in to improve the status.

On the 420i (I mean 430i), it's also currently listed at an audi dealer for much more monies...although this does look decent and that manual b48 can be an interesting purchase (especially with some tuning)

I was looking at an SUV a few weeks ago - it was green sticker due to not being roadworthy as the tyres were smooth. It didnt sell on auction and they wouldnt budge on price after either. A few weeks later the worn continentals were replaced with a new set of china tyres and the car was moved to gold status as it was now roadworthy.

Yeah, WBC has started doing some work on their cars, from changing tyres, getting service history up to date, removing damaged PPF or replacing damaged windscreens. It makes sense, Id do the same - the ROI must be worth it for having a dedicated one or 2 guys on site with access to hundreds of cars to work on to significantly increase their selling price

This is probably to allow the cars to be financed... I recall RWC being a prerequisite for finance?

Yes, 420D seems to have not been well taken care of. The seats are really dirty and the armrest is torn, there are many stone chips and minor scratches on the body as if it was driven on gravel roads.
