Doesn't it come with the net that can hold stuff in place? This sounds like a plan.
Will need to get a secure mounting setup for the wheel in the boot.
Excellent.Doesn't it come with the net that can hold stuff in place?
Ive got the Thule roof box setup, I bought the bags for it as well. Really convenient for roadtrips. Family of 4, each person gets their own bag, best thing ever. Leaves the boot free for whatever you need to put in.

What spec is your Thule and where did you get it from?
Also, does it impact your fuel consumption a bit?
Spec is below, I opted for the Gloss black with black rails.Excellent.

This is not the adaptive LEDs.
A bit sad since my V60 had adaptive lights as standard (could turn with steering wheel and also auto dipped main beams if oncoming traffic).
Anyway, on the flip side it does means less headaches after Plan expires.
Basically that albeit a bit finicky- parking assist (I assume this is the fancy pants self parking option, given that this was listed as R16,700 when new)
My thoughts on the used X3 20d market...
If anyone is looking for a G01 X3 20d, now is not a bad time to consider a 2018 model that is nearing the end of its 5 year Plan. Also, I assume the market is now being flooded with BMW Select Finance X3s that are reaching the end of their contracts.
As expected, M Sport spec 20d cars still command a premium on the used market. But base spec cars with decent milage, and some Plan left, are around the R500k mark and represent better value. Those out of M/Plan are under R500k, though not substantially so.
Interestingly, there are some base model cars that had nice options added (panoramic roof, larger infotainment screen), but are trading significantly below M Sport cars with poverty specs.
The uncommon X-Line spec is also worth considering, given that they tend to have better goodies optioned vs the M Sports, and sell at a more reasonable price.
With new X3 20d selling at over R1m, but with the same engine and performance, a used one at half the price (and still under Plan) is well worth considering.
Avoid the M sport and you will find base models at a better priceAgreed, this is exactly why I’m thinking of selling my F25 and upgrading to 2018/9 G01
Prices seem to be a bit all over the place with some still asking over R600k. But in the last two weeks, many more have appeared sub R600k
Can’t find a red G01 though

But that's like eating plain Marie biscuits when you can have Royal CreamsAvoid the M sport and you will find base models at a better price![]()
