I'm new to this forum my bmw is overfueling so bad that it wouldn start. I've tried pulling the fuel pump fuse out and cranking it she starts and then dies after it burns out all the fuel put the fuse back and crank it she gives a sign of starting but wouldn't and then there's a strong fuel smell so the engine is flooded again can any one help please with any solutions

Have you checked if the O2 sensors are not causing the overflow. If you removed catalytic converters without taking care of O2 sensors, the car will not be able to regulate fuel mixture.

My 2 cents worth.

If its flooding the engine it could be a leaking injector/s. Best solution is to work methodically. Diagnostics will be 1st.

Sort out the trouble codes and work from there. Trying to fix it blind will just cost you more bucks in the end.
