Nope, those were the only 2.Out of curiosity, have you gone up against anything else?

I think so too.I'd say your car performed as expected, given the circumstances.
You are quite right, no guarantee there. You have no guarantee that the Cooper S and Fiesta ST were not mapped. Probably like 80% of all of them on the road are mapped (especially ST's)
I rate the outcome was pretty much on point, especially since you were fully loaded. Weight makes a huge difference to performance.
But a dyno will definitely confirm if you car is making the power that it should.
You are correct bud. It was very irresponsible of me to do so.Not to be the fun police and surprised nobody has mentioned this before me. I find it irresponsible that you are street racing with passengers in your car, and worse yet, an overloaded car where at least one passenger does not have access to a seatbelt. I say this from the perspective of knowing people who have died in these kind of activities due to not wearing a seatbelt. The scars remain with the survivors for a long time...
Thankfully only your ego is hurt 🙏
You guys really should ear more junk food. 6 members of my family / friends would weigh in at 600+ kgs... (6 adults at an average of 55kg per person) in the car, ...
Thing is, only in the lower gears did I have a chance6x adults @ 55kg = 6x Firi's
I hope that helps fellow forum members to put things in perspective, haha.
Every generation of the Mini has been a pocket rocket IMO. Very entertaining to drive. It could also be possible that your car was limiting power in the lower gears (that torque will light up the tyres), which could give the other cars a bit of an advantage.
McDonald's here I comeYou guys really should ear more junk food. 6 members of my family / friends would weigh in at 600+ kgs
The added weight would make a significant difference to your car's performance, no doubt
Agreed, I have to flash my ECU just to have the same performance stats as stock when I have to take my weight in the car into account. You guys really should ear more junk food. 6 members of my family / friends would weigh in at 600+ kgs

That’s a very decent result. Imagine once you map it. Torque will be 650nm and 200wkw I’m sureTook the car to Xcede this morning for a power run. I was informed that the car is running strong.

Xcede suggested I only do the software once I do downpipe. The car has high mileage and they don't want to put more strain on the turbo. They said something along the lines of that the dpf would be close to clogged (at 195000kn) and doing software without a downpipe is unnecessary strain on the turbo. Now, I am tempted to do the downpipe and softwareThat’s a very decent result. Imagine once you map it. Torque will be 650nm and 200wkw I’m sure

Will do brotherconsider the spirited driving when you are alone specially if at least one passenger isnt wearing a seatbelt.
