Hi All,

Well I sold my FJ and bought a X5 E70 3.0D 2013 ..... 95 000km on the clock now.

At first I was afraid, I was petrified......

Starting to like the car now, replacing all fluids etc.... just not sure about front and rear diff oils ( BMW charges wayyyyyy toooo much) - might just get this for front and rear diff (https://www.shop.liqui-moly.co.za/product/fully-synthetic-hypoid-gear-oil-gl4-5-75w-90/)

Anyway, a few small fixes on the girl and then she will be puuuuurty ;-)

Wife already loves the thing.... got 7.4 l/100km down to Capetown from JHB fully loaded. Eventually did 5000 km in December....

Congrats!!! Also have my sights set on a family member's 2012 also with only 90K Km

Speak to Deago and Vashan at BMW Midrand...diff oil changes really aren't that expensive - I did mine there in Nov - very affordable imo.
