these repair kits use higher quality materials to fix the problems that occur with the BMW Vanos System...

Being Sole Dealer I am looking for good trustworthy workshops to Install as well as sell Vanos kits... these workshops must have good customer service and must not cut corners...

lost of low down power is the normal symptom combined with high fuel consumption...

unfortunately Beisan does not make Kits for your engine yet

just a suggestion how about organising the complete kit that goes with it that we can buy from you, including the tappet cover gasket and whatever else is needed, especially for the okes that dont know your need to replace the tappet cover gasket etc. just a thought.:thumbs: maybe strike a nice deal with SMG or whatever.

In JHB I have Gizmo and Racing snake

the main issue is finding trustworthy workshops plenty workshops out there but not many i would trust... have to find the good ones...

I will looks at getting a tappet cover gasket for the guys who want to DIY I generally tell customers they will need to replace it... If a workshop cannot get a tappet cover gasket there is a bigger problem than the gasket :nonono:
I will change the writeups to include other parts than should be changed while this job is being done

there are seals to ensure the Vanos is working correctly and a Rattle kit that closes up clearances inside the Vanos unit to prevent noise and excess wear

the S54 kits are still under development...
S50 and M62tu kits are now available

i can attest to that, replaced my seals last saturday and as the car put some mileage on +- 300km it really got better and better as the seals bedded in, biggest difference is under 3000rpm, also consider most of your driving is done in that rev range then this replacement makes perfect sense..
