possible but the plastic flange is also prone to cracking, that said i changed mine as preventative at 120,000km with no issues

By now the mounts are cracked and loose. You can get aftermarket if you love pain and doing the work twice in relatively quick succession

Head assembled with Liqui Molly Molybdenum based assembly paste. Extremely efficient in protecting the engine on the first start.
