Z4MC - steering wheel vibration

Howzit guys

I recently replaced my front control arms (not just bushes) as the previous ones were shot, and starting experiencing some steering wheel vibration at >100 kph. I fitted Lemforder; are these calibrated exactly the same as the OEM parts for the Z4M? I've had wheel balancing etc. done with slight improvement. Any other ideas as to what else could be causing this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Tie rod ends ?

Also check your discs. If the wheel vibration was there long enough, it eventually starts to warp your discs.
