Z4 E89 - How to remove the I-panel aka storage bin

I've been trying to remove the I-panel (little compartment on top of the dashboard, no iDrive - marked 1 in the image) from the dashboard. Managed to get the loadspeaker cover out and removed the two screws holding the back of the I-panel (marked 8 in the image) but somehow it is still secured to the car.

Does anyone know how to remove it? I have scoured the internet for an answer but no luck so far.

There will be two more screws on the bottom front, try removing the centre air vent to get access.

If I remember correctly you take out the vents. There is 2 screws behind them.
