Z3 Mcoupe subframe assembly advise

Hi,

So i am looking at a Z3 mcoupe and have found one with the subframe assembly failure. I am wanting know what is the route to repair it and if some one on the forum can guide me on what to do. Please could the be positive comments and the right way forward.

There are going to be the guys that say run for the hills. If so please don't reply.

I really want a MCOUPE and i see it as the same problem will all M's subframe assembly. The guy got a quote for 115k but the labour rate is
R 800 p/h and is three times the price of the parts.

That can be reinforced and plates welded to it.
Certainly not R115k

There is impact marks on the diff housing and mount, was the car in an accident? That is alot of cracks.
