Xbox one or XBox X

Was thinking of getting an XBox One and Forza 7 with Logitech D920 steering wheel in the near future. Where can i get the best deal? I do not have a very fancy screen that i do my gaming on so was not really considering the XBox X due to cost and the fact that i will probably have to get a compatible TV/screen. Cost is a factor. Using XBox 360 with Forza 4 with old Logitech steering wheel at the moment. Any suggestions or is there some one out there looking to sell his XBox OneForza 7 combo for decent money?

My Xbox One gathers dust with Forza 7.. I just don't have the time.. It is sad as I also used to he a Big PC gamer :hammerhead:

Look for specials on the Xbox concoles but tje game new is still like 1k I think.. Your best bet is as the others mentioned the gaming forums for a used combo. I am sure you will quickly find one!

I sold my Xbox One for R2800 with posting to cape town a couple months ago and they sell for around this range on SAGamers.

Up from that is the Xbox One S which I have now and was worth the upgrade IMHO.

Up from this is the Xbox One X, which; if you don't mind the cost I would suggest you get.

You can buy the game used at BT Games, or on SAGamers for cheap.

So, got the xbox one and g920 steering wheel with Forza 7. Only concern is steering is very heavy with vicious kickback. Have adjusted the setting on the controller but still feels too heavy even on the mildest setting. Have googled it and it seems to be a common problem. All the solutions i have seen was for PC and not for XBox one. Any help or advice will be much appreciated and if possible, detailed instructions if possible. Thanks!

Its a pity you choose to SIM race on a console.

With the SIM racing we do on PC the settings are endless, the Logitech wheels have their own app to fine tune the wheel.

Even the game has settings to dial in even more, console you kinda just have to deal.

Tis strange, you should feel a significant difference when you adjust it. Even to the point where you can turn the force feedback completely off.

Like Nick said above, I'm a PC sim racer and there is a lot more to play around with in terms of configuration. Cant really help with the XBOX.

I have had a few Logitech steering wheels in the past for PS2 and 3 and also for my old XBox 360 and never had problems with the wheel. They all had the settings where you could adjust the feel as per the adjustments done on PC. I am sure there must be a setting which i must still discover to do the fine tuning of the wheel. My kids are coming through over the weekend and will ask them to help me find it. Thanks for the advice though!

Thanks for all the responses. My son showed me how to do the fine tuning of the s/w and all is well now. Thanks again!

I am contemplating selling my One S 500 gb, one controller, like new condition. Without Forza 7 I would ask probably R 3 000, might do it with the game for R 3 300.
Currently playing on PC, but will eventually move back to Playstation.
