X5 Towbar Sparewheel Carrier

Does anyone know were I can buy this or even better does anyone have one like this ?

I spoke to BMW they have some carrier on their system but, cant tell me anything about it as they have never ordered it.

Looks very good and practical. Is it a full size spare or the biscuit that is currently in the boot? I dont know if its genuine BMW part or something aftermarket if you look at the mounting bracket that attaches to the bumper.
